Not Just Another University Sex Scandal!

Lin Jing Shan (林静珊), pictured above, is a 20-year-old girl from Taiwan. Lin Jing Shan and former boyfriend Xie Xin Long (谢欣龙), 27, had repeatedly solicited Feng Chia University student surnamed Yan to engage in 3P sex games. Each time Xie took the threesome pictures and videos as the memoirs. When Lin and Xie got to know Yan is the only child in his family, the pair contemplated to extort from Yan’s mother. As a result, they did extort NT$300000 for the three’s last sex orgy on Oct 14, 2007.Lin Jing Shan and Xie Xin Long were arrested after Yan’s mother who was extorted again at the end of that year lodged a report to the police. 特殊性癖好诱室友三度玩三P
颜姓大学生原本拒绝，因谢男再三提议，终于禁不起诱惑而和林女发生性关系，谢男起先只在旁观看，后来干脆自己也加入，大玩两男一女的三P肉欲游戏，前后共有三次。
谢男与林女2007年10月间因缺钱花用，得知颜姓大学生是家中独子，母亲是公务员，对儿子疼爱有加，遂共谋色诱颜某，藉此向颜母勒索。
谢男与林女10月14日深夜前往颜某位于台中市逢甲路的租屋处用餐，席间，林女假装身体不适，服药后假意在床上昏睡，谢男即从旁鼓吹颜某与林女做爱，由于三人已有多次三P经验，颜某不疑有他提枪上阵，并任由谢男拍摄性爱影片。
隔天，谢男将性爱光盘、恐吓信送到颜母住处信箱，声称颜姓大学生迷奸他的女友，“一百万元换你儿子一辈子，如果你要报警也无所谓，你儿子一定关得比我久”。
颜母爱子心切，将价码砍到三十万元，两天后亲自交给谢男、林女，并当场立下和解声明书。不料，谢男、林女将三十万元花光后，食髓知味，再度打电话向颜母勒索，颜家母子不堪其扰，向警方报案。
食髓知味再要钱逼被害人报案
谢男、林女到案后坦承犯行，但互推责任。林女供称系谢男谎称得了癌症需要医药费，她基于同情才参与犯案，事成后，也是谢欣龙主动拿了勒索款项中的几万元给她，但最后又推回给谢某。想不到谢欣龙最后竟恐吓自己，要求支付分手费，因无法接受光盘被散播，才会先给了谢欣龙一万元，事后又惹上官司，实在悔不当初；而谢男则供称系为了帮林女还债。

Feng Chia University (Chinese: 逢甲大學) is a private university in Taichung, Taiwan. It was named after Chiu Feng-Chia (丘逢甲 – Qiu Fengjia), one of the leaders of the military resistance against the Japanese invasion of Taiwan in 1895.
